This intelligent unmanned forklift adopts 3D laser SLAM for accurate positioning in complicated scenes. It runs at max 2 m/s speed with 0.6 m/s² acceleration to boost warehouse handling efficiency. Built with self-developed core modules for stable and reliable operation, it adds 3D vision to identify low and hanging barriers. Omnidirectional travel and 360° steering enable flexible transit inside narrow warehouse aisles.

Description of Design

  • Autonomous Item searching: Utilizes high-precision visual algorithms to intelligently locate pallets and adjust fork direction, even when pallets are irregularly or disorderly placed.
  • Automatic Transport: Based on mapping and positioning using natural environmental features, it can navigate and plan routes autonomously without the need for tracks or landmarks.
  • Safety and Reliability: Multi-level safety measures including 3D vision, Lidar, emergency stop button, and collision bars provide 360° omni directional stereoscopic safety protection.
  • Autonomous Charging: Equipped with autonomous charging capabilities, it charges itself when the battery is low or completes charging at specified times.
